What we translate:

How we do it:

Equipment and Engineering

We specialize in translation of technical documentation, including:

  • operation and maintenance manuals;
  • technical descriptions;
  • specifications;
  • terms of references;
  • cost estimates;
  • .dwg and .dxf drawings;
  • supporting documentation;
  • project documentation;
  • standards, norms, regulation (GOST, DIN, EN, ASTM, etc.);
  • other documents.
  1. Prepare the materials for translation. Analyze the text and agree the final project cost with the customer.
  2. If required, compose a glossary and get it approved by the customer.
  3. Translate the project in accordance with applicable translation standards and regulations and in compliance with the requirements to execution of technical documents.
  4. In all cases we provide proofreading of the translated text and quality control using more than 10 criteria (spelling, punctuation, terminology, accuracy of numbers, etc.)
  5. Whenever it is necessary, we make DTP and prepare a document for printing. Printing services are also available by request.

  1. Familiarize ourselves with the software and documentation and in cooperation with the customer define the scope of works and approve a glossary.
  2. Translate test segments using specialized localization software (Passolo, Lingobit Localizer, Globalizer 5.0.) With this software, you work directly with program files and perform initial linguistic testing in the process of translation.
  3. Proofread the translation and carefully check the text, terminology, numbers, etc.
  4. When the text is translated and integrated into the software, provide final linguistic testing with the use of operating systems and auxiliary software in the language of translation.
